Fusion Hosting has been providing business and personal customers with hosting and domain services for many years, we strive to provide solid environments for our clients sites at a competitive price. As well as in house support we are also backed by upstream support teams who are second to none and on hand 24/7.
Fusion Hosting started out as a basic personal website, as the website grew it needed more capacity which we added to as the months and years rolled on, we were then in a position where we could make available to the public our excess capactiy, Fusion Hosting was born.
In recent years Fusion Hosting was acquired by Pendragon Engineering Design Ltd, they were able to provide funding and management as the client base of Fusion Hosting grew, to our customers this was a seemless move the only change being that VAT had to be added to our pricing structure, even with this small additional cost we still feel that we are excellent value for money and VAT is paid on most products and services these days anyway.
We recently started using Joomla! to provide the front end of the website, the move away from static HTML was made to enable us to update and maintain the webite much more effectively, by using Joomla! we can login to the site from any PC and make changes on the fly. Joomla! is availalbe to all our customers for their own websites via the Fantastico* install in their cPanel Control Panel. Joomla! is a free, opensource Content Management System and available to anyone under the GPL License. Fusion Hosting support Open Source software.
